.VERY HOT TEMPERATURES WILL AFFECT THE VALLEYS AND LOWER MOUNTAIN
ELEVATIONS TODAY. HIGH TEMPERATURES ARE FORECAST TO REACH 100 TO 110 IN MOST VALLEY LOCATIONS...WITH THE HOTTEST AREAS AS HIGH AS 112 DEGREES. HIGH TEMPERATURES OF 95 TO 105 CAN BE EXPECTED AT LOWER ELEVATIONS IN THE MOUNTAINS. THE HIGH HEAT COMBINED WITH INCREASING HUMIDITY LEVELS TODAY SHOULD PRODUCE DANGEROUSLY HIGH HEAT INDEX VALUES ACROSS THE REGION
